All sites are regularly visited by
C.D.S.S. supervisors, area supervisors, management and
senior executives. Inspection visits are totally random
and could occur at any hour, daytime or night-time.
Formal audit procedures are conducted by area
supervisors, which ensures that all assignment
instructions, uniform and equipment items are inspected
on a regular basis.
Intersite telephone check-in calls are also used
(particularly when the client site is unattended) to
safeguard the security officer and the interests of the
client.
