Although traditional methods of recruitment are employed by C.D.S.S., the majority of applicants are personally recommended by existing C.D.S.S. employees.
Prior to permanent engagement by the company, each applicants history is thoroughly screened for a full ten year period (or school leaving age for younger candidates). This history must include all aspects of employment, unemployment, self-employment etc. for a full unbroken ten year period. Employment and character references are stringently investigated in order to establish each applicants suitability to join the CDSS Team.
